您好：

請問您是寄到客服信箱、編輯部信箱，還是活動信箱呢？

我們若有收到e-mail，都會盡快回覆，除非遇到例假日或有大量信件需處理時才會延遲回信。若超過一週以上都未收到回音，就有可能是漏信問題。

I have sent the email to the edit@homerpublishing.com.tw two weeks ago. As no reply has received, I have resent the mail, but still no feedback. Therefore, I can only use this method to obtain confirmation.

Sorry for causing any inconvenience.

As I have mentioned in the previous message, there was still no response from the editorial staff. Also, they have stated that they would mail a letter to me in early November, I just wondered still got nothing.
