Most of us have orders in Dec, that means we need to claim our bonus points on time to redeem the bonus gifts before year end otherwise will be forfeited. But I am worry during the time being, will there be enough gifts for us to redeem? Or most of them will run out of stocks? But we have no choice to wait until you can release all the bouns points into our accounts. That takes time, hope you will speed up the procedures.
