My order no. 2010110700021 sent on 29/11, received on 1/12 by DPEX without card stickers for BK073 and BK074. Hope remember to send with my next order.
My order no. 2010111500011 sent on 17/11, received on 2/12, and I need to pay S$15.00 for cargo clearance permit. I was wondering why this special case exit.
My order no. 2010112200004 sent on 26/11 may have same problems again. Hope you can let me know the parcel no. asap. It must be settled on time to get my bonus points.
For those orders that I already received, kindly close my order files asap. I need to redeem my bonus points with my next order before 31/12/10.

發行部確認有送卡貼，但因為這三件包裹都經過海關查扣拆開檢查，所以有可能是他們造成卡貼遺失，我們會在您下次訂書時補寄給您！

另外，關於包裹送達收取的費用，快遞公司這星期有回覆我們，說在我們提供英文資料後，新加坡海關已經同意放行，但會通知收件者是否願意付規費再決定是否寄送

我們當時有跟快遞公司說，如果您同意付費就寄送，不同意就請退回，我們要重新經由中華郵政航空寄出，所以不知道這中間他們到底是怎麼處理的

對於新加坡海關要收取的費用，我們也感到很不可思議！

關於紅利部分，我先將您三筆訂單結案，讓您先兌換紅利，至於尚未抵達的那筆訂單，若您不同意支付，就請拒收，我們會重新再寄出，謝謝

最後，關於這次三筆訂單出貨新加坡造成的困擾，我們深感抱歉，日後我們將不再由Dpex寄送，以免再次發生問題，也謝謝您旳體諒！
