About this order, due to the quantity over ten books, I would like to suggest you to send by SingPost-SpeedPost. I think it may cause less problems.

您的包裹 被新加坡當地海關扣留
我們正與DPEX確認中 因為多次寄送包裹皆無扣留包裹問題
目前我們正與DPEX連絡中
另外我們有多次補上INVOICE的資料提供給DPEX並轉給新加坡
目前我正等DPEX與新加坡部分的後續處理
所以要請您梢待 另外 目前知道應該有兩件包裹都被海關扣壓中
通知您一聲 我們若有進一步資訊會在通知您 謝謝
