This order that you sent on 17/11/10 reached my country on 18/11/10. But DPEX coudn't clear this parcel because you never submit the English Invoice for custom clearence. DPEX-Taipei office
did ask from you but there was no reply from you till today. My parcel was stuck in the custom for 12 days. Hope you can help to speed up the custom
clearence by providing DPEX the necessary documents asap. Many Thanks.
