I read from other members,it seems that they had received Invoice to prove their purchased of Saving Fund. But I didn,t receive the hard copies for my order no: m2010122700008 & m2010122700009.
Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

通常會在您完成儲值後的第一筆訂單隨貨寄出，
查了一下您的訂購紀錄，
有可能是隨2010122700177這筆訂單寄出發票，
若確定未收到，麻煩您再告知我們以便查詢。

另外，若您想要知道儲值金剩餘額度，
在您登入會員時跳出的會員專區中都會有顯示。

I wish to top up my saving fund but how to select to use VISA on line purchase? Please help. Thank you.

那當時您的貨品曾遭海關扣留 拆封檢查及補件
且當時您有反應少了卡貼 我想發票應該是海關扣關時有拆封包裹的關係因而遺失
